Description
This training will teach system trustees, operators, and municipal officials the value and method of asset management to improve technical, financial and managerial capacity of those involved with operating the utility. It is anticipated that the system will use asset management concepts to ensure that user rates are sufficient to support operations and maintence costs, debt service obligations and plan for reserves to replace system components over time.
