Description
In partnership with the Pennsylvania Section of the American Water Works Association and Pennsylvania Rural Water Association, the Department of Environmental Protection is offering focused training for circuit riders and the owners of the Commonwealth’s drinking water and wastewater treatment systems. Circuit riders are certified operators responsible for making process control decisions at more than one system of different ownership. The main focus of the training sessions is to highlight the changes and requirements for circuit riders and owners as established by the Chapter 302 regulations that were published September 18, 2010.
