This class should be provided to a representative amount of employees to insure that there is always someone present to assist in a medical emergency until help can arrive.

Assess the situation, when is it safe to respond, level of response, legal considerations, types of injuries, basic care of injuries, times when 911 should be called. Hands on demonstration by students of injury care. Events that may cause CPR to be necessary, CPR steps, hands on demonstration by students of CPR and AED use.
