Description
Community Water Systems in PA are required (109.705) to complete an annual System Evaluation of their system from source water to end user. It is considered good operations for a Non-Community Water Systems to complete a System Evaluation. This course guides water system operators and managers through the background, theory and practical steps to complete a system evaluation. The course format utilizes lecture/case studies followed by a hands-on activity by the attendees applying the concepts to their system. The activities are based on attendee knowledge of their system. So, the course includes a final "take-home" tasks of items that need further evaluation based on the draft system evaluation developed in the course.
