Description
EPA regulations require that POTWs with approved pretreatment programs regulate their industrial users. This includes conducting sampling and inspections. The POTW must also evaluate compliance with local and federal requirements by the regulated industrial user. When needed, the POTW must also initiate enforcement when industrial users violate those requirements. This course is designed to help POTWs conducting those activities.
