Description
The RETTEW 8-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Refresher course provides an in-depth reintroduction to the requirements and applicability of the HAZWOPER standard. Content reviewed in the course includes some of the most-cited OSHA violations, including Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) labeling, Protective Equipment selection, and confined space. A hands-on session is included. Also discussed is the new UN-sanctioned Globally Harmonized System, on which training is required to begin in 2013.
