Description
A two-part workshop. Part One: Investigate the design principles and challenges associated with fixed film treatment processes (integrated fixed-film activated sludge (IFAS) or moving bed bioreactor (MBBR)), with a focus on nutrient removal applications. Part Two: Investigate the techniques and challenges encountered when generating Class A or B solids. Includes considerations for financial concerns when trying to produce a Class A sludge and considerations when evaluating whether Class A sludge is a good fit for a particular system.
