Description
The purpose of the course is to provide an overview of asset management and an introduction to the five core components of asset management -- understanding your assets, level of service, criticality, life cycle costing, and funding. Each core component is accompanied with a hands-on workshop to provide the tools for participants to know how to put asset management in action for their system. The tone of the training and workshop is very fluid so that the instructor may take into account the level of knowledge of participants and any questions that participants have throughout the training.
