Description
The town of Walnutport, PA and their consulting engineer explored the use of diatomaceous earth (DE) filtration for their drinking water facility. Several years ago, they successfully piloted this technology and decided to move ahead with their project. The contracted Kershner Environmental Technologies to design, build and install DE filters for their plant. The course is necessary to instruct the town's water operator on how to use and control DE filters.
