Description
This course is designed for the operator with known Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) problems. It will address the problem, first at the source by discussing grease taps and interceptors. We will then address the issue of how to develop a grease hauling and treatment program. This will be followed with two case studies on how both a small and large communities developed a FOG Management Program.
