Description
The purpose of this course is to review hand outs related to coagulation chemistry. Individual hand outs focus on jar testing, phosphorus removal, sludge production, coagulation calculations, and coagulant comparison. We are looking to go over any and all topics related to inorganic and organic chemical coagulants. During the instructional period we will go over the calculations used to determine chemical dosages in depth. We will also give a time for attendees to run their own jar test with supervision.
