Determining the Total Monthly Loads of the Chesapeake Bay Nutrients involves calculating beyond the usual Monthly Averages that are the mainstay of the NPDES program. Many permittees are still having difficulty with accurate reporting of these values. This presentation will compare the Total Monthly Loads with the Monthly Average Loads, and review the correct placement of the these values on the DMR.
