Our plant facility consists of eight (8) licensed operators, a laboratory technician, licensed Plant Manager and three (3) office staff. Upon my arrival at the plant in August 2014 as Plant Manager I learned that the personnel never were trained in basic first aid, CPR and the use of and AED. This course provided that training.
