This seminar/course is especially needed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware due to ongoing issues. How much water is your utility losing to leakage, customer meter error or water theft? How can your utility determine the cost of uncaptured revenue from non-revenue water (NRW)? A number of US regions now have state or regional agency water auditing requirements in place. Unfortunately, most agencies with a water audit requirement do not provide a means for comprehensive training of water utility personnel. This seminar will help utilities establish accountability by giving attendees instruction on the AWWA Standard Water Audit compilation and data validation process.
