Description
Practical instruction in real world applications for trenching / excavation work relative to federal OSHA and common practice standards. Course is offered in an interactive format with active dialogue between students and instructor. Case studies are presented to illustrate and reinforce main points of instruction. Course is intended to cover basics of trenching from soil classification, use of protective systems and general safety aspects of these sites in order to prevent accidents, emphasis on basic approaches and accident prevention.
