Description
The focus of this course is for water quality measurements in water plants that are using the process of Chloramination. Covers Disinfection Strategies, Colorimetric Analysis and pH. Parameters measured by the participant will be free and total chlorine, free ammonia and chloramines and pH. Time will be spent on the proper use of standards and verification of accuracy. The course objectives will be met by presenting theory, incorporating practical applications of analytical techniques, and “hands-on” experience with each parameter.
