Description
This course is designed by the American Red Cross to train individuals on effective ways to respond to medical emergencies. The American Red Cross is the industry standard in this field. Their training materials and techniques are reviewed every five years and updated as needed. The most recent update was in 2016.

The course provides both classroom lecture and hands-on demonstration/practice in first aid, CPR, and AED life-saving techniques.

The target audience of our trainings is the managers, crew chiefs, and off-shift employees of the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority and Williamsport Sanitary Authority.
