Description
This class will cover corrosivity in sourcewater and in treated water, and its impact on the release of lead into drinking water and related Lead and Copper Rule. The impact of Chloride to Sulfate Mass Ratio (CSMR) will be discussed. We will also look into drinking water's usually minor contribution to lead contamination of humans, and the need to use common sense in our efforts to minimize that contamination.
