Description
Attendees are a mix of water and wastewater operators, system management, and emergency response personnel from the Berks County Water and Sewer Association. The attendees will be required to intermix and discuss incident response, knowledge of emergency response procedures, and agency notification during the exercise.

Course Content
This TTX will be a facilitated exercise. Players will participate in the following
Hazard awareness briefing
Scenario modules
Discussion with guided questions and breakout sessions
Hot Wash and Evaluation
Each module begins with an update that summarizes key events occurring within that time period. After the updates, participants review the situation and engage in a facilitated group discussion of appropriate mitigation and recovery issues. Following the official end of the exercise, the facilitators will lead a Hot Wash with the participants to address any ideas or issues that emerge from the exercise discussions.
The TTX will run for approximately 3.5 hours.
