Description
This course is designed to educate employees on emergencies and the proper response to those emergencies. We will review what employees can do to ensure they have addressed foreseeable emergencies and employees are properly educated.

Course Content
Introduction - Review topics that will be covered and the importance of this training Review of Various Emergencies - Discuss foreseeable emergencies and discuss some historical emergency situation that have occurred. Responding to Emergencies - Review how employees should respond to the various emergencies we discussed Policies/Procedures - Discuss the OSHA standard and the importance of having a formal, documented plan. Drills/Testing - Review how organizations can drill and test the emergency action plan. Ensure students understand the need to update a plan based on the testing. Review - Review the topics of the training to ensure employees understand the topics covered. Test - Students will be given a test and must receive a passing grade.
