Description
This course will provide a more in-depth view of those components which will effect a better safety consciousness within the organization and over-riding obstacles to achieving those ends to include: 1) Challenges, 2) Culture Assessment, 3) Hazard Assessment, and 4) Additional Resources to accomplish your safety mission. The second part introduces workplace safety committee members (management and employees) to the requirements of Act 34 for purposes of Workers’ Compensation policy credits and cost reductions
