Description
Investigate the techniques and challenges encountered when generating Class A or B solids. Includes considerations for financial concerns when trying to produce a Class A sludge and considerations for when evaluating whether Class A sludge is a good fit for a particular system. The second half of this course shows how the use of biogas can be optimized within a particular facility through the use of an energy model. The case study will look at system costs and non-economic considerations for shortlisted alternatives.
