Description
NR can be achieved through suspended growth, attached growth, or a combination of both. This course
is intended to help prepare operators for BNR operations in attached growth (biofilm) systems, including trickling filter (TF), biological aerated filters (BAF), denitrification sand filters, moving bed biofilm reactors (MBBR) and integrated fixed-film activated sludge (IFAS).
