The purpose of this course is to introduce the new AWWA Manual of Water Supply Practices, Water Quality in Distribution Systems (M68) to water operators and explain how the manual can and should be used to understand water distribution systems and Best Practices to solve problems with water quality. The course will also include an interactive review and discussion of case studies where attendees will be asked to recommend how to improve water quality in each case.
