Description
Stormwater runoff from urban developments is a major source of water pollution, particularly in the Pacific Northwest where it affects the life and reporduction of endangered fish. This recognition of the potential adverse effects of stormwater on streams and lakes has led to the common practice of collecting and infiltrating stormwater to groundwater. This three hour online course leads the student through evaluation and design of stormwater treatment systems.
