Description
Through classroom sessions and application exercises, this course reviews the procedures for the preparation and application of chlorine “A” containment kit. This course is intended for the technician level responder to give them the ability to function, accurately, safely, and effectively during a chlorine release emergency, involving cylinders. Topics include: equipment identification, container identification, PPE selection, air quality monitoring, application procedures, and application of equipment through simulated, integrated exercises.
