Description
We live in the Instant Information Age. During this session, attendees will learn how to create and implement a variety of crisis communications plans that will greatly benefit their operations when they are under pressure. The course will focus on the communications process throughout both the initial and ongoing stages of the crisis. Attendees will also walk away with an understanding of how news of a discovery is handled by the press and how they can prevent being caught off-guard when the media comes calling.
