Description
Pennsylvania community and nontransient noncommunity water systems must develop a comprehensive monitoring plan (CMP) as outlined in Section 718 of Pennsylvania’s Chapter 109 Safe Drinking Water regulations. The CMP is intended to improve public health protection by ensuring that all sources, purchased interconnections and entry points are included in routine compliance monitoring. The completed CMP form must be submitted to DEP by August 19, 2019.
