Description
This course was designed to provide knowledge needed by operators working in a collection system. West Virginia requires a Class C certification for wastewater operators working in collection systems. Attending an approved certification course is required prior to taking the Class C exam. This course has been approved by West Virginia for the Class C certification.

Course Content
This course covers all aspects of collection systems including safety and O & M practices. Equipment demonstrations, rehab options, trenching and traffic safety, TV inspection, smoke testing, and confined space safety are covered.
