Description
This workshop is designed to teach proper analytical methods and techniques that are necessary outside of traditional laboratory environment, specifically in the drinking water distribution system. Topics covered include portability, sampling and sample management, waste management and data validity. Analytical techniques covered include colorimetry, electrochemistry and microbiology. Method verification will be emphasized for all techniques. Participants will analyze samples and known standards.
