Description
A review of the regulatory requirements pertaining to the construction and permitting of a groundwater supply well for use in a Public Water Supply system. The focus will be on use of groundwater wells for Community Water Supplies, but will also discuss Non- Community Water Supplies and the difference in the testing and permitting required. Discussion will include the regulatory requirements of the PADEP, as well as the River Basin Commissions that have jurisdiction.
