Description
This is the second of two courses devoted to an overview of the High Temperature Fluid Bed (HTFB) Incineration Process at the Greater Hazleton Joint Sewer Authority (GHJSA). This course will offer a brief review of the principles behind HFTB incineration and then describe the equipment that handles the products of combustion coming out of the incinerator, namely hot flue gas and ash. This includes the Heat Exchanger, Recuperator, Scrubber, WESP, Demister, HEPA, GAC, Stack Ash System, and other misc additional systems.
