Description
Water Utilities face day-to-day challenges providing reliable, safe drinking water for your customers. The Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) in conjunction with AWWA is offering this online training for water operators and managers. Topics to be covered include bullets in next section. Adult Education Methods: RCAP will provide an opportunity for interaction at a minimum of every 15-minutes during the presentation. This will take place as a poll or quiz format. Responses tracked through the GoToTraining platform and recorded for future use.
1) A visual identification of each attendee at the start of the workshop.
2) Registrants must complete at least 85% of these interactions to receive TCH Credits
3) Registrants must be signed into the workshop for no less than 90% of the time.
4) Attentiveness is tracked using the GoToTraining platform. The Technology Facilitator will be able to track participant attentiveness and reach out to ensure that “Non-Attentive” participants are responsive
5) Evaluations and, where applicable, pre- and post-tests will be given with each workshop.
The main tool that RCAP Solutions will use as a basis to issue TCH’s Credits and Participant Certificates will be based on the 85% participation in the interactive polls and quizzes every 15-minutes or less, as well as completion of the pre/post-test and evaluation. The remaining criteria will serve as a secondary and tertiary criterion.
