Description
Water and Wastewater systems are vulnerable to all types of emergency situations including chemical spills. This course will deal with a chlorine spill on a rural two-lane highway that results in an adverse effect in the downstream surface water plant as well as the groundwater system in the same community as the wastewater plant.
This tabletop drill is designed to educate the wastewater systems that emergency events do happen and those events often have consequences on other entities.
