Description
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is being integrated into the water and wastewater industry. This course will provide students with a solid foundation of the principles and applications of GIS and an introduction to the desktop software ArcView. Students will produce both static dynamic maps using real data. The only prerequisite is a familiarity with Windows. Textbook required but not included in the cost of the course, purchase available after the first class.
