Description
This is the second of two courses devoted to the operations of the High Temperature Fluidized Bed (HTFB) Incineration Process at the Greater Hazleton Joint Sewer Authority. This course begins with a brief introduction to the incinerator. It details the operation procedures for startup and shutdown of the incinerator. The course also details the appropriate responses to various cases of shutdown and how to switch the sludge feed from the incinerator to the dumpster.
