Description
This course covers the OSHA requirements for machine guarding, point of operation guarding, and examples of machinery that requires guarding. Machine guarding is needed to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards created by moving parts, as well as preventing contact with other hazards such as heat, non-ionizing radiation, sharp edges, etc.
