Description
The course will teach you effective supervisory management and leadership skills that can be applied to your crew, unit, division dept., or organization. Class participants will learn that they can be a leader in any hierarchal position in their organization. A detailed review of leadership competencies, emotional intelligence at work, critical thinking skills for problem resolution, how decisions are made and coaching/mentoring skills.
