Description
This course is devoted to the KWS Screw Conveyor that is installed at the Northeast Water Pollution Control Plant ( WPCP ) that serves Philadelphia, PA. We will begin the course with an introduction to the Screw Conveyor, how it works, and the other components that assist the conveyor in its operation. Next, we will go over safety procedures to follow while working on or around the conveyor. After safety, we will discuss the operation of the Screw Conveyor. Next, we will go over maintenance, as well as troubleshooting for issues that may arise during operation. We will end the course with a summary of important topics.
