Working at heights has high risks and most of the fatalities recorded worldwide are due to failure of fall protection measures. 2019 was the 9th consecutive year where Fall Protection was declared the most cited OSHA violation. 3 other violations on the top 10 list pertain to fall protection and working at heights standards.
