Description
We live in the Instant Information Age. During this session, attendees will learn how to create and implement a
variety of public communications plans that will greatly benefit their operations as new regulations are announced and implemented. Attendees will also walk away with an understanding of how news of a discovery is handled by the press and how they can prevent being caught off-guard when the media comes calling. Special focus on emerging contaminants and public perception of our water and wastewater systems.
