Description
This course is designed to build awareness in a wastewater treatment plant operator (and others who might profit from it) about his/her facility, and personal legal responsibilities to the various entities who legislate environmental control measures. In this course, professional counsel and experienced consultants lay out the whos and whats (and some of the whys) of federal and state permits and regulations so that an operator can help his facility meet environmental obligations.
