Description
It is vital for Pennsylvania water and wastewater operators to understand the Incident Command System (ICS), as it is the national standard for responding to any incident anywhere in the U.S. In addition, it is important for staff to understand how larger incidents and events will be managed when several agencies and jurisdictions will be involved in a response. Participants will earn the FEMA ICS-300 (Intermediate ICS) certifications by passing a test following each training course.
