Description
This course provides an overview of two chlorine disinfection processes used in water and wastewater treatment. The primary focus is gas chlorination. The course shows how all-vacuum gas feed systems can be used for effective chlorination or chlorination/dechlorination. Also covered is a short section on the basics of on-site hypochlorite generating systems for water or wastewater disinfection including an equipment demonstration.
