Description
Many water and wastewater system's standard operating procedures don't go beyond "Plan A" during a crisis situation. In other words, what do you do when your first emergency response actions fail? For example, if the power goes out and the generator doesn't kick in, what can you do next? This course will look at several situations mentioned below and the actions to take in response to these situations.
