Description
Interactive, hands-on course designed to prepare water and wastewater personnel on how to respond to the media in a crisis situation, whether man-made or natural. Consumer confidence is an important part of the water and wastewater industry yet there is little time spent on media relations, which can easily sway public opinion. This course will prepare water personnel on how to respond to the media in a calm, cool and professional manner under pressure.
