Description
The purpose of this course is to provide the science, tools and real-life techniques with managing FOG. At the end of this training the student will be able to discuss the similarities in how FOG is processed in the human body and in a sewage treatment plant. Students will also be able to develop a draft FOG plan for their utility. Lastly, students will be able to identify key components of a successful FOG program from a given FOG case study.
