Description
NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP™), Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP™) and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP™) are the trusted sources for proper and consistent assessment condition coding of pipelines, laterals and manholes. The goal of these programs is to help pipeline system owners create comprehensive databases to properly identify, plan, prioritize, manage and renovate their assets based on condition evaluation.

Course Content
This 3-day training and certification program teaches students to properly identify defects and other conditions in pipelines, laterals and manholes. Using standardized NASSCO codes, the student will also gain knowledge on how to properly rate severity of defects, playing an important role in helping system owners prioritize repairs and manage their assets. There is an end of course subject-matter exam, which must be completed within the alotted time for each program (PACP - 2 hours |LACP - 1 hour |MACP - 1 hour), and each requires a minimum score of 85%. This class is also open to those wishing to recertify.
