Description
This course module is devoted to the Cascade axial flow pump serving as Effluent Pump #6 at the Southwest WPCP. The pump's model number is #54AF. We will begin with an overview of the pump's purpose and its major components. Next, we will discuss safety procedures to follow while working on or around the pump. Following this, we will go over operational procedures. After the Operation section, we will discuss maintenance of the pump, as well as troubleshooting procedures to identify and repair common issues that might arise. This course will conclude with a summary of the main points.
