Description
This course module is devoted to an overview of the Basic Treatment Units, and is the first course in the Basic Wastewater Training Program. First, we will introduce the purpose of this multi-course training program. Then we will present an overview of the Basic Treatment Units, followed by a summary of the main stages of treatment. Next, we will go into detail about each stage including the Preliminary Stage, the Secondary Stage, the Tertiary Stage, and finally the Solids Handling Stage. The course will end with a summary of topics from each section of the course.
